Description
Cylindrical milestone, found in 1880, which only preserves the top, indicating Mile XXI on the road linking Osona with the central Catalan coast, through Vallès. The inscription refers to Manius Sergius, proconsul of Hispania Citerior, who was commissioned to build the road. Two more milestones with the same person are known. The inscription: M(anius) SERGI(us) M(ani) F(lius) / PROCO / (n)S(ule) / (milia passum) XXI
